mpro Ball Bearing Thai Skipping Rope. Injection Moulded Blue Handles with ball bearing ends for a smoother skip and 10mm Blue Translucent PVC cord. You can still skip at a good speed, giving you a cardio workout but because of the extra weight of the rope and handles it gives you an extra workout of the shoulders and arms, compared to a normal rope. Great for switching rounds with a speed rope to help develop power and speed. Adjustable for a bespoke length of 9ft and under.
